Terms and Conditions

1. Contracting Parties

Las Casitas – Tenerife, located at Calle la Higuera 49, 38616 Los Blanquitos (Tenerife, Spain), email: info@lascasitastenerife.com, phone: +34 644 054 163 (hereinafter referred to as the “Host”), and the guest (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).

2. Object of the Agreement

This contract governs the short-term rental of tourist accommodation units (“Las Casitas – Tenerife”) for overnight stays, under the conditions described below.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made online, by email, or by phone.

Reservations are held for a maximum of 5 days, if payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card.

Credit/debit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

Las Casitas – Tenerife does not collect or store any card information directly.

4. Cancellation Policy

According to Spanish and Canary Islands tourism regulations (Ley 29/1994 and Ley 2/2009):

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in (the deposit will be fully refunded).

Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the booking will be charged.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

6. House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 3 persons.

7. Liability and Damages

The Guest is responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its facilities.

Any damage or loss caused by the Guest will be charged accordingly.

In case of theft, the Guest must report it immediately to local authorities.

8. Personal Data Protection

The personal data collected (name, surname, address, email, phone number) will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018.

Purpose: to manage bookings, communication, and legal obligations.

Data will be stored for 5 years for fiscal reasons.

Guests may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection) by emailing info@lascasitastenerife.com.

9. Changes to Terms

Las Casitas – Tenerife reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will apply only to future bookings and will be published on our website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless otherwise required by law.
